Water Glass Ice Cube Splash

'Water Splash' shots are fun to do. There are so many different ways to do it. You can drop ice cubes into a glass of water. You could drop fruit into a fish tank. You could even drop a watermelon into a swimming pool. You are limited only by your imagination.

Disclaimer: This is a project best done in a garage or some other space where you don't mind getting water on the floor. Because you WILL get water on the floor.

These items are just space fillers for now. I am making sure all the links work the way they should. And they seem to. So now I need to actually get back to the Image Creation part of this website and create some content for these pages.

Repairing a Canon T90

A while ago I bought a bunch of Canon film camera equipment. The good- it included two T90s. The bad- both T90s had the dreaded EEEEE error. After doing a lot of research online I found a number of possible 'fixes'. I narrowed it down to two.

One camera had a loose lens mount. so the fix was to simply tighten up the lens mount.

The other camera had a sticky magnet. This required the application of a magnetized screwdriver tip into a specific part of the interior of the camera.

Both fixes involved removing the faceplate of the camera, which, after a bit of research, wasn't that difficult.

The final result was I got both cameras to work properly. The 'sticky magnet' camera still won't fire if I leave it sit for a long time without firing it. So I fixed it another time or two and I make sure to fire it every once in a while.
